    DELIVERY TIME The ordered goods will be delivered by standard delivery within 7-9 working days from the binding confirmation of the order, by the Poste Italiane s.p.A., DHL Express (Italy) S.r.l. or TNT Express. The goods are considered delivered to the address specified by the customer in the order. In times of increased interest in products, the delivery time may be extended. METHOD OF PAYMENT OF THE PRICE FOR GOODS AND TRANSPORT The customer has a choice of two ways to pay the purchase price for the goods: - through a payment gateway on the Internet - payment by bank transfer - paypal ​​ ​ Payment by Payment Gateway ​ Payment by card is completely free of charge and it is a safe and convenient way of cashless shopping. When accepting payment cards, 3D-Secure security is used - the most modern application of the MasterCard and Visa card associations enabling secure card payments on the Internet. You enter data from your payment card directly on the bank's website via the bank's payment gateway interface. Therefore, none of our employees or third parties have access to your credit card information and the data transfer takes place via the secure HTTPS protocol, which encrypts this information. TRANSPORT The transport of fresh and durable food to the designated address is provided by SICILY LIFE S.r.l. through the Poste Italiane s.p.A., DHL Express, S.r.l. or TNT Express. Fresh food is supplied with special isothermal containers and refrigerated gel. ​ Orders placed by Saturday will be shipped on Monday of the following week. Orders placed by Monday will be shipped on Wednesdayof the same week. ​ For order under € 80 including VAT see price list for shipping to Europe. For order over € 80 including VAT, Standard Shipping is FREE.
    Shopping in is so EASY! Product selection - Click on the required product category from the left menu. After listing the products from the given category, click on the "Add to cart" icon next to the selected product, which will add the product to the cart.     Can I complain about late delivery of an order? If it happens that we are unable to deliver the purchase to you on time, you will receive an email after the order has been delivered with information about the real delay and the amount of any compensation. We have a telephone line, email, chat on the website and, of course, we also respond on social networks. What should I do if I receive defective goods or the ordered ones do not arrive? Please contact our customer support, who will immediately credit you. Where and how can I cancel an order? Only customer support can cancel an order. If you want to cancel the order, we recommend calling or writing to the chat. It is important to state the reason for cancellation, without this flag the order cannot be canceled.
