Ninfa apricot is among the first apricots available on the market.

It is characterized by a light yellow appearance of the skin.

Like any fruit, apricot is composed mostly of water (about 85%), minimal protein, carbohydrates and fiber; the presence of minerals is good, especially potassium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium and iron. With regard to vitamins, the presence of a good percentage of vitamins A and C should be emphasized.

Vitamin A is able to stimulate the production of melanin, which protects our skin during sunbathing.
Caloric intake is very low, which corresponds to 28 calories per 100 grams of apricot marrow.

  • Apricots are a popular summer fruit, they are mostly eaten fresh, but also cooked. Apricots are used to make, for example, compotes, jams and marmalades. In confectionery, apricots are popular for their variability. They understand the sweet, but they also attract complete contrasts. With sour ingredients, such as sour cream or cottage cheese, they create surprisingly delicious combinations.
