It goes perfectly with quality grilled meat, smoked meat and traditional Sicilian first courses.
The grapes are hand-picked and placed in small baskets. They are worked quickly to maintain the unique characteristics of these grapes, respecting their territorial origin. The soft pressing guarantees the faithfulness of the scents and natural acidity of the must. Subsequently the static clarification of the must is obtained at 12°C for 24 hours and the fermentation is monitored daily to enhance the varietal characteristics. Refinement takes place in stainless steel silos for 5 months with frequent batonnage to maintain the noble lees in suspension and limit the use of sulphites.

TASTE: Wide, warm and surrounding on the palate with soft, elegant and velvety tannins. Fruity aftertaste.
