Organic quality chickpeas. Due to its nutritional composition, it is considered one of the healthiest legumes, and therefore it should be a regular part of all diets. It has an excellent hazelnut aroma, which adds a twist to the dishes.


  • The possibilities of using chickpeas are varied. Suitable for the preparation of spreads (mixed), salads, vegetable mixtures, soups or as a side dish. Chickpeas are also used to make flour, which is used to make falafel.

    Take the chickpeas and soak them in water for about 8-12 hours, ideally overnight. Before cooking, rinse thoroughly and cook in water until soft for about 40-60 minutes. The cooking time depends on the soaking time and the freshness of the chickpeas. Collect the foam from the surface during cooking. Boiled chickpeas can be added to salads, soups or as a side dish.
