SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
SHIPMENT OF GOODS
The goods to be sent by courier service must be confirmed by the seller. The customer will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail. With this message, we inform the customer that work is underway on the order. At this point, the purchase contract is concluded. In addition to the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order, the customer will receive a notification from the carrier that the shipment has been handed over to the delivery service and when it will be delivered.
We supply goods within Europe.
DELIVERY TIME
The ordered goods will be delivered by standard delivery within 7-9 working days from the binding confirmation of the order, by the Poste Italiane s.p.A. DHL Express (Italy) S.r.l. or TNT Express.
The goods are considered delivered to the address specified by the customer in the order. In times of increased interest in products, the delivery time may be extended.
METHOD OF PAYMENT OF THE PRICE FOR GOODS AND TRANSPORT
The customer has a choice of two ways to pay the purchase price for the goods:
- through a payment gateway on the Internet
- payment by bank transfer
- paypal
Payment via payment gateway
Payment by card is completely free of charge and it is a safe and convenient way of cashless shopping.
When accepting payment cards, 3D-Secure security is used - the most modern application of the MasterCard and Visa card associations enabling secure card payments on the Internet. You enter data from your payment card directly on the bank's website via the bank's payment gateway interface. Therefore, none of our employees or third parties have access to your credit card information and the data transfer takes place via the secure HTTPS protocol, which encrypts this information.

The use of VISA Electron and Maestro electronic cards is only possible if your issuing bank allows it. It is also possible to use so-called virtual cards issued by some banks, which are intended exclusively for payments on the Internet.

TRANSPORT
The transport of fresh and durable food to the designated address is provided by SICILY LIFE S.r.l. through the Poste Italiane s.p.A., DHL Express, S.r.l. or TNT Express.
Fresh food is supplied with special isothermal containers and refrigerated gel.
Orders placed by Saturday will be shipped on Monday of the following week.
Orders placed by Monday will be shipped on Wednesday of the same week.

For order over € 80 including VAT, Standard Shipping is FREE.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PACKAGE
It is advisable to check the package immediately upon delivery. If you find mechanical damage to the package, write a shipment damage record in the presence of the carrier and have it confirmed by the carrier. In case of damage to the goods themselves, the customer will be granted a discount or new goods will be sent.
By signing the waybill to the carrier, the customer agrees to accept the goods and confirms that it has arrived mechanically intact. It is advisable to check whether all the goods ordered and the relative quantity have been in order within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Subsequent complaints of this nature will not be taken into consideration.
